A Chilean native, Juan is very proud to have become an American citizen.  He speaks fluent English and Spanish, as well as conversational French, Italian, and German.  As a real estate investor who owned two homes in his homeland, he empathizes with the needs of buyers and sellers and knows the importance of bottom-line value.  Currently residing by the water in Long Beach with Camille, Juan loves to fish, travel, cook, walk along the boardwalk, and bicycle ride along the shore in his spare time.
